SHIPPING
All online orders will ship USPS Priority Mail or First Class mail depending on your selection.
We will ship your order within 3-7 business days.
If you have shipping needs that require expedited service (overnight or express mail), we will work with you, make arrangements, and let you know what the associated costs will be based on the chosen shipping method.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Hipstirr hopes you are satisfied with your Hipstirr purchase. If something is not right, please let us know, as we welcome feedback from our customers.
We accept NO exchanges or returns without prior authorization and approval. Please contact us by sending an email to ruby@hipstirrbelts.com to receive approval.
We will accept returns of unused, unworn and unaltered items only, within 10 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
Only items bought directly from our website or at an event where we sell to the public can be returned directly to Hipstirr.
Any Hipstirr items purchased at a retail store must be returned to the original purchase location and is subject to the return policies of each retailer.
Hipstirr reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way.
RETURN PACKING TIPS
Please reuse the original packaging if possible, remove the old label so the return address information is clearly visible.
Please pack properly.
If you are using your own label, please email with the tracking number, so we know when to expect it
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Hipstirr wants you to be a happy customer. If something is not right, please let us know, we welcome feedback from our customers.
In the unlikely event that you encounter a defective item, please email us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and issues.
We will repair an item if that is the best solution or offer a replacement on a case by case basis.
If a replacement for that particular item is not readily available, we will work you to find the best alternate solution.
We will provide a free return label for defective merchandise and offer free shipping for a replacement.
SALE ITEMS
ALL ON SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Promotions are subject to our regular return policies.
